A beautiful collection of antique green melon glass beads that were puchased loose and have been newly restrung into an Art Deco inspired necklace.
The beads are very reminiscent of early Chanel which used melon glass beads in some of their most classic designs.
Each melon bead is beautifully ridged in a lovely deep green colour. The beads have been strung onto an antique silver chain and set with little paste rondelles in between.
The necklace features a secure bolt ring clasp and the chain sits comfortably on the neck when worn despite the weight of the beads.
The necklace is in good vintage condition.
