A beautiful late Victorian silver gilt rivière necklace set with oval cut amethyst stones. The amethysts are slightly graduated in size and are claw set into open backed frames.
The necklace features a lovely silver gilt push clasp set with an amethyst stone.
There is some age related fading to the gilt of the metal. The necklace remains in good antique condition.
