An amazing Victorian 15ct gold & brass articulated hand brooch.
The brooch features a heavy brass base with a 15ct gold glove studded with colourful turquoise stones.
A little turquoise ball hangs from the collar of the glove and the brooch also has a lovely chain detailing. The metal hand is attached to the gold glove with two pins meaning it moves up and down slightly.
The brooch is marked with the unknown makers mark 'NP' and an anchor assay for Birmingham.
