A rather niche but very sweet solid silver medal from the Merseyside Bread & Confectionery Association from an exhibition held in the 1950s. The association still remains today and can be read about here.
The medal is engraved with the awardee name 'P.M Waterfield Derby' and features an enamelled stork on its front. The medal is fully hallmarked with a faded makers mark and date letter for 1950.
The medal is in good antique condition.
