A beautiful antique gilt metal butterfly brooch dating to the early 20th Century.
The brooch is set with garnet cabochons and sparkling citrines with beautiful pearl studded wings.
The brooch is marked with an unknown makers mark 'DPP' and features as secure hook clasp.
There is some wear to the gilt metal on the reverse of the wings which has been pictured. The brooch remains in good antique condition overall.
