A fantastic piece of Austro Hungarian jewellery. This silver gilt locket is set with colourful turquoise cabochons, flat cut garnets & pearls.
The front panel of the pendant is also lightly enamelled with swirls of black and white detailing. The central panel opens to reveal an oval shaped locket with a purple velvet base.
Hanging from the locket are three silver star drops set with matching turquoise stones. The locket features two small hallmarks on it's hook which is set with matching turquoise & garnet stones.
The locket is in good antique condition.
