A lovely little antique silver heart charm featuring a pavé set turquoise stone front. The back of the charm has a hidden locket back with a glass frame that can be popped out using a pen knife.
The heart features a hooked top studded with matching turquoise stones and comes on a silver chain.
The pendant is in good antique condition.
