The sweetest antique Italian pendant / brooch that was most likely created in Florence during the 19th Century.
The piece features a detailed miniature pietra dura panel made from hard stone which is encased in a rich 15ct gold frame.
The pendant is not marked but tests as gold except for the brooch pin and hinges which are made from a base metal.
The pendant is in good antique condition.
