A wonderful antique plique-à-jour brooch in an Egyptian revival design. The silver brooch features a colourful lotus motif in ombre blue and green tones with a sparkling blue glass stone.
The brooch is finished with a secure hook clasp. The are no hallmarks but it has been tested as silver and is most likely German in origin.
There is some light age related surface wear to some of the glass panels. The brooch remains in good condition overall.
