A fabulous rose gold cocktail ring dating to the early 20th century.
The ring features a beautiful silver open work floral panel set with a green turquoise bead at its centre framed by six sparkling old mine cut diamonds.
The floral front sits on a thick rose gold band, unmarked but testing at 9ct gold.
The ring is in good antique condition.
