A rare and wonderful antique 9ct gold seal featuring a detailed carved figure holding a wreath and sword that I believe to represent Nike, goddess of Victory.
The seal is made from a white agate stone and sits in a beautiful open work gold frame.
The piece is not marked but tests as 9ct gold. It was most likely created as a grand tour souvenir.
The pendant is in good antique condition.
